I made a link to this tool on the desktop. When I ran it the first time, it took me to the Java download page and so I installed Java. I did find it at C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 2013\project\FRC Bridge Tool\FRC Bridge Configuration Utility.exe. Somewhere it said the tool should be in the Start menu, but I did not find it there.
It appears that they are using the 2013 tool for the 2014 season. The Programming your radio for home use guide shows how to use the 2013 FRC Bridge Configuration Tool software to configure your robot's wireless bridge for use outside of FRC events.To use the DS and Imaging tool all teams must install the 2014 NI Update. The LabVIEW update is also included in this installer and will install if a LabVIEW installation is detected. This means that the FRC Driver Station, cRIO Imaging Tool and other utilities such as the Camera Configuration Tool will all be bundled into a single installer which will not require any components from the DVD. Other products such as Debug Deployment System or Base Development System are not necessary. Note that the serial number will only activate the products that you need. When you have your serial number, you can use it to activate your FRC software products on any team computer with the software installed. You can find FRC software for the season via the FIRST Robotics Competition Resource Hub at ni.com/frc. If you have not activated LabVIEW or any other FRC software for this season on your computer, you should call into FRC support at 86 (open from 1pm-7pm central time during FRC season).If you have already activated the FRC software for this season on another computer, you can find the serial number from a computer that already has the activated software.In the list of companies, click on National Instruments and find your serial number there. Save this serial number for later in the installation process.Click the blue Payment & Product button and select Passwords/Voucher Codes from the drop-down menu.
Navigate to My Dashboard and click on your team.
Have your Lead Mentor 1 or 2 log in to your team’s account at access your serial number by clicking on Passwords/Voucher Codes.
